Q.

my baby is 4 month old and 7 kgs in weight but she used to vomit after every feed nowadays. Earlier also she used to do but not much a very little cones sometime. But nowadays it's regular after every feed. I used to give her formula milk as she not get satisfied by my breast feed.

A. for gastric trouble you can give collimax/flatuna drops to your baby.proper burping for about15- 20mins to half an hour on the shoulder and tummy time after every feed helps a lot.cyclic motion of legs also relieves gases . gas related problem is very common in small babies because of many factor including immaturity of the digestive system. as well as usually in babies of 1- 3 months of age it is common to spit the milk after feed,it can be reduced by giving a proper burping time after every feed. please see that you are not over feeding also .if it is very frequent you c ha dydan give domstal drops also occasionally.you can give bonnisan drops 3 times a day too for better digestion.

A. hello actually it might be due to indigestion or over feed also it happens do Nazar utarna once in a while and also give a burp to the baby and give a feeding to the baby in a proper position and give tummy time also
