my baby is 4 month 27 days old, she got her vaccination yesterday, I gave her dolo syrup 0.6 ml 3 times from yesterday, but today she has swelling in vaccinated area and she still crying alot in pain , I feel like dolo syrup is not working for her, Abbi kitne din vaccination ka pain rahega please answer she is crying in pain pain Kam nahi ho rahs
