my baby is 4 month 26 days old, she got her vaccination today, inspite of giving dolo 0.7m syrup 2 times (5 hours interval) and I also applied cold pack still she is crying a lot I am really worried, I feel like she is drinking excessive milk , please answer she is crying a lot I am really worried please.

Its common after vaccination
If baby is crancky , exessive cry, swelling and fever then
Give paracetmol drops to baby for 1-2 days
Fever, pain will decreases in next 1 -2 days
Don't apply anything over vaccination site
It cause decrease in the efficiency of given vaccine
Cont. to give feed as per demand
Keep ur baby well hydrated
Keep a watch on urine output
Baby should pass minimum urine 6-8 times per day
Swelling will take it's own time to disappear.
