My baby is 4 month 25 days old but his weight is 6 kg, is he underweight ??

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist1 Year agoA. dear weight is fine and normal baby should gain atleast 500 gram per month and should double the birth weight by 6 months or less exclusively breastfeed till 6 months complete
