My baby is 4 month 15 days old when he was in tummy time he did not do his head up (I didn’t tummy time him before I started doing his tummy time From 4 days) what is the reason?

That’s not sounding right because a child after completing the time of three months have a partial head control and as you say when you put your child onto the tummy they are going to live their head and your child is already four months plus so it would be good for you to take an assistance with your doctor once
