my baby is 4 mnth old...last week she was having loose motion ..so I gave entergermina for 5 days ..after tat she was ok.....now from today loose motion again started...kindly suggest me

if you're child is Happy and healthy and active and take proper sleep and food then no need to worry about this matter
please give only breast feeding
if necessary please consult with your physician about this matter
