Q.
my baby is 4 m old she is not gaining weight she looks like a new born baby I feel very bad every peoples are asking why your baby is not gaining weight any solution for this please tell me tips for baby weight gain (she is taking breastfeeding only)

See if your child is not gaining weight and if your child is exclusively breastfed then maybe that’s the problem as a child may not be gaining on your feeding you can start giving formula milk to the child and also check if your child is getting a minimum of 500 g in a month because that’s essentially important weight gain to be seen and also please talk to your doctor about it
