A. dear mum, weight of 5.5 kg is normal for 4.5 months old baby. you should continue to exclusively breastfeed your baby till 6 months complete. that's the most healthy way to gain weight. At one episode of breastfeeding feed from only one breast so that baby receives fat rich hindmilk which will help in weight gain. Ragi or any top food should be given only after 6 months.
