my baby is 4.5mnths old on exclusive breastfeeding she was pooping once in 3days since 2 days it's been twice a day

Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements
Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation
Wash hands often before touching your baby
Burp well after evey feeding by holdimg your baby in straight right position and wait for burping atleat ten minutes
Maintain hygiene and maintain hydration
