my baby is 4.5 years old his elbows and knees and becoming black day by day what can I do for that please suggest

Vaishali TanwarMom of a 8 yr 5 m old boy3 years agoA. Hi, while bathing, rub the elbows a little bit evry time with a soft rub. Babies play and so it could be the dust that accumulates. Rub the area a little more buu gently, this would really help amd then apply som moisturiser
