my baby is 4.5 months old. She has cold and ocassional cough. i gave her sponge bath for last 2 days. But she is sweating, her hair is very sweaty. should I give her proper bath or not ? She has very stuffy nose.

A. good morning it will be better at this point if you avoid giving a proper baat to the child I would recommend the definitely should continue with the sponging for at least a couple of days till the child is not get better
