my baby is 4.5 months old.. he has some small pimples like small seeds on his chest and over the tummy area. earlieit was only over tha neck a liitle but now these are increasing. but te reason behind this

give only breastmilk till completion of six months.
massage with coconut oil only.
once consult your paediatrician for proper examination of the child and start treatment as advised by your doctor

This can be because of change in weather so you should always try to keep your baby in normal room temperature and don’t change the temperature of surroundings frequently. Stop applying oil on babies skin for next few days use only baby products and you can go for Babyhug baby products it is one of the best brand
