Q.
My baby is 4.5 months old for past 2-3 days when she takes feeding immediately she is going motion( runny) can you tel me is it normal ?

in this phenomena the child is having semi solid to solid stool after every episode of of food / milk intake.

if the growth / weight gain of the child is proper there is no need to worry about this phenomena.
usually this phenomenax decreases with increasing age of the child
