my baby is 4.5 month she sleeps in a normal position only whenever I try to turn left or right she cries what is the problem

A. Look if your child will continue to sleep in the similar position the head is going to get Flat from the backside I agree your child may be crying right now but you have to keep shifting the position otherwise the head will become Flat and then that is going to be a bigger problem than this
