My baby is 4.5 month old, he used to sleep normally by rocking a few times, but now suddenly he needs to be fed to put him to sleep. Moreover he gets up very frequently and again wants to sleep while nursing. Is this normal as a part of 4month sleep regression? Please suggest ways to overcome this situation.

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. this can be because of improper room temperature during winter season have proper clothing to the baby feed baby properly Further it is advisable to consult your local doctor for appropriate examination of the baby physically and if there is need to do any investigations if required

Hi mommy Take a good care of your baby Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm Burp well after evey feeding by holding your baby in straight right position and wait for burping atleat ten minutes Do tummy time and cycyling movement of legs regularly Maintain hydration Maintain hygiene
