Make bed time routines
Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements
Burp well after every feeding
Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation
Massage regularly with coconut oil
Take healthy protein rich nutritious food
Maintain hydration
Take a good care of your baby
