#asktheexpert How should I sleep train my 4 month old baby. currently he has a habit of falling asleep only when rocking and walking him in arms which is very tiring.

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy3 years agoA. the sleep pattern will change on its own and what you can do is that gradually you should shift the child to the new behaviour and then the child will gradually take to the new behaviour
