my baby is 4.5 month old, he is exerting a lot since 3-4 days and become stiff after pushing hard.

A. Hello dear parent! Maintain a good personal hygiene for your baby. Continue breastfeeding your baby well on demand for better health and digestion. Burp your baby after every feed. Do cycling movements with both the baby’s legs to relieve from discomfort. Consult your child’s doctor for evaluation and advice.
