my baby is 3yrs old and her weight is 11kg. i want to gain her weight.. thanks Docter

A. To gain baby's weight, include fatty and protein rich foods like potato, rice, pumpkin, sweet potato, eggs, chicken, fish, legumes, ghee, banana, milkshakes with dry fruits, avocado, rice water and 550 to 600 ml milk daily. Feed 3 main meals and 2-3 times healthy, home made snacks. Keep her well hydrated with variety of fluids.
