my baby is 3yrs 6mnths old but still he is feeding.but now I have conceived and I m 3mnths pregnant.will my milk harm my 1st child becoz today he is vomiting very much.

Nihita mittalMom of 4 children3 years agoA. good morning at the age of two years you must dis continue breastfeeding the child anyhow I would recommend that you should not try to make sure that you are not feeding your baby anymore
