my baby is 3yr old.. she is speaking words, but no communication. A to Z, 1,2,3 ... 10 , but she is not communicating.. kindly give us any solution.. from 2yr 4m,, she is going school also

A. he is speaking words but not communicating.. don't worry.. keep encouraging the baby break the words and sentences and let the baby repeat after you.. let the baby mingle with same age groups
