Q.

My baby is 3weeks old and might have slight fever, 99.7. What can I do to reduce it? Feeding breast milk and formula milk.

A. A normal temperature in babies and children is about 36.4C (97.5F), but this can vary slightly. A fever is usually considered to be a temperature of 38C (100.4F) or above. Just breast feed well... Maintain comfortable room temperature, avoid Overdressing

A. Calpol Five drops you can give to the child and you can repeat it after six hours if it is required it is a very mild fever so you can start doing cold sponging on the entire body this will help in reducing down the fever really fast
