Q.
my baby is 3months old now. I am working women and I need to start my work after 2month. worried will my son be playing next to me while I work or what is solution? as my parents are aged and hardly can look after him.

it is really difficult to leave baby and join office..
if possible you can take the work from home option as then you can manage kid and work also..
if you have to join will suggest to set the baby schedule accordingly..
from now..
feeding time, bath time,what the baby will have ..
