My baby is 3months old I’m breast feeding mom my right nipple’s around some lumps how to cure it

Do What compress about 3 to 4 times in a day that will help in lamp that lamp down it may be just a milk lump but if it stays every day and you it is paining or something then you should get a check with your doctor ones otherwise sometimes milk and get accumulated which is why these lumps are formed
