Q.
My baby is 3months old, he is on breast feed and top feed both i use nan pro but after feeding nan pro he poops in greenish tan colour so is it an indication of allergy? If yes, then what alternative should i provide?

When a child is on completely formula feeding or a mixed feeling it is completely normal and common for them to have green coloured motions are currently when I look at it I do not see any problem with that this is completely alright so you do not have to worry about it
