my baby is 3months old and has not gained weight in the last one month. his weight is 4.6kgs he is a breastfeed baby. should I be concerned?

A. hello make sure the baby is getting enough breast milk and incase the bm is not enough then u can give infant formula milk using a bpa free bottle like babyhug which is safe
