my baby is 3month old, she has started developing some red spots in the foot and hands. She has a acne on her head and one side of the ear. Is it normal? or is some was allergic reaction?

A. hello most of the skin problem look similar but causes can be different and this would require a proper medical attention and it is better to check with your doctor and she will be able to guide you accordingly which is better and also safe too
