Q.
My baby is 3month and 21days old.she poop only after 3 to 4days.what will be the reason?? Is it ok to give hot water for her to poop?

mother should strictly avoid spicy and oily food and drink lots of water.
start vitamin d and multivitamins supplements regularly

Water should be given after six months
Give adequate feeding
Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation
Stay hydrated to increase your milk supply
Give adequate feeding every two hours of intervals
Try to keep head up position while feeding
Maintain hygiene
Maintain hydration
