My baby is 3month 27days old her weight is 6kgs. She is looking like very thin for weight gain what I have to do. Please give any solution for this problem

A. Your child should be 2 kg more than the birthweight at this age and that is how it is going to be a healthy wedding so kindly evaluate it this way and approximately for a four month old child 6 KG is quite a healthy weeded rest if you want you can start giving formula feed feeding to the child
