my baby is 3month 24day old , I m worried about his weight his weight is 5.9 kg should I start giving him gripe water or janam gutti???

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician1 Year agoA. The weight is fine and in first 3 months the weight gain is slow and later the baby usually gains around 500 gm weight every month till one year of age and keep feeding well
