my baby is 35 month old and his weight not increased and he is very hyperactive and eat well two chapati per day still not gaining weight please sujest me is it and he has low hemoglobin 10 please sugest me

A. dear mum , low hb can affect wt gain give iron rich food : egg non veg , organ meat green leafy vegetables beans legumes black til bajra rajgira squeeze lemon over food
