my baby is 34 days old and he strains alot to pass motions... kindly suggest

This is totally normal some babies do this. If your baby is active and taking proper feed on time then everything is fine and nothing to worry about. If your baby is passing yellow colour motions then you should not worry at all. Just take care about feeding.
