My baby is 31 days old and has got heat boils all around the face it’s been a week and it’s spread all over it

A. your baby is too small please consult your pediatrician he or she will recommend you what to do dont do any selk medication maintain proper hygeine wipe only with soft cotton cloth you can apply coconut oil or aloevera gel.
