Q.

my baby is 3 yrs old he had fever for two days .. doctor prescribed paracetamol and cefexime 50...fever is under control but he has developed swollen gums and kind of postule on tongue....he is crying of pain in gums.....what to do.. #doc

A. You can give paracetamol to reduce the pain but what is going to be a solution to the problem would be recommended by the doctor after examining the child it could be due to a side-effect of the medicine also that you are using
