my baby is 3 yr 7m old how much height should he have ans is weight not only increasing he is only 11.8 kg what should be done.what height he requires at this age pls suggest some good medicine

Namaste Mom Height is mostly dependent on ones family genes as such, other involve in outdoor activites , streaching , etc dont force much though include healthy foods such as eggs , dry fruits , fresh fruit milk shakes , dals , legumes such as chana z rajma , lobia etc

The height can be somewhere around 3 1/2 feet or so plus yes the weight is less right now so you can give more of proteins into the veg non-veg and check with your doctor because the growth of the child specially in terms of height would depend upon the genetics of the child
