Best is to make a dietary routine as such , and set their meal , snack and milk time etc.
as this way if any sort of unnecesarry snacking if so happening could be avoided as they are one of the main culprits of avoiding food.
other is make their meal time , fun and interseting.
have meals together when ever it is possible,

Just teach your child how important food is how much food should your child be eating for overall growth health and height if you tell them otherwise you will stay sure you will be likely and you have no strength energy you need to be strong you have to go to school study play so you know just show the brighter side of it that is what is only going to work and check with the doctor start with necessary supplements
