my baby is 3 years old.she has so much dandruff in hair.so she has too much etching. sometimes liquid like water is coming from dandruff. she has taken 1 month homeothethis medicine but no results. what can I do?

Consult A dermatologist ones because this is not sounding good to me not at all it needs to be checked by a specialist and that would be a skin specialist in that case so please consult your doctor and then only you can just find a solution to this issue
