A. Hand foot mouth disease is viral in origin and mostly symptomatic treatment is required because it is a self limiting disease and here fever come and small eruptions may be sgeen in hands foot face and other parts of the body along with oral ulcerations so give plenty of liquids to maintain proper hydration and maintain a good hygiene . Some multivitamin syrup along with antihirstamine can be given . For oral ulcer dologel can be applied locally

A. For most babies, calamine lotion is safe to use. It can relieve general itchiness, eczema, sunburn, and other common skin conditions. However, you should talk to your child's pediatrician before using calamine lotion.
