my baby is 3 years old but she does not speak ... and other symptoms of speech delay show. how can we treat our daughter she is very irritating now days

A. may be it is ok with Language is a long process to become good . Initially kids only say some meaning less words . You should talk more with baby and decrease screen time specially mobile screen . Also help of any speech therapist can be taken .
