my baby is 3 years old and there is cavity in his upper theeth. kindly advise any home remedies so that teeth will be clean from cavity

you can not clean the cavity by your own..for that you have to consult Pediatric Dentist.
maintain proper oral hygiene to prevent further progress of decay process. brush twice daily using kids toothpaste along with small head soft bristles toothbrush.
