my baby is 3 year 5 months.she is having constipation issue.she used to go washroom within 3 -4 days and on 4 th day she is having so much problem.wat to do? I tried everything but nothing works

A. hello parent your kids 3 years old suffering with constipation make sure the child is well hydrated give more seasonal fruits fibre rich diet like ragi oats etc. . .
