my baby is 3 weeks old he is crying while breastfeeding and not latching well

Then you can actually express your breastfeed and give it to the child with the help of a feeding bottle that is going to be helpful because it would be easier for your child to take a feed that time some kids can face a problem in the initial time but with regular practice they learn to latch well
