Q.

My baby is 3 weeks old and I still have unbearable latching pain. After feed the nipple feels numb due to continuous pain. How long will it take to subside pain?

A. Namaste Mom Genrally over a period of time it tend to reduce , you can apply some warm compress or even massage your breast after every feed , and also can apply some warm coconut oil or ghee over it

A. it will take around 1.5 month from the birth. I have same problem so I have taken pain killer suggested by my gynecologist as the pain was very severe once I thought I can't feed my baby but after that I have no pain. pain will go if you feed your baby continuously.

A. Maam should have gone away by three weeks is a very long time where you are suffering with this issue I do suggested you kindly talk to your doctor about it and lactation specialist they will be able to give guidance as per the requirement
