Q.

my baby is 3 months old. there is too much of milk overflow in both the breasts especially right one. so baby is finding it difficult to latch since the milk flow is fast. he coughs and stops latching after 2 min. if I try to force him he cries and he feeds only when he is sleepy. how to moderate the milk flow.

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and please express few milk before feeding and also give baby breastfeeding in little bit upright position and also give proper burp after feed. Take care

A. before breastfeeding,express milk around 2 ounces( depends on flow)and then feed. Flow must be reducing.
