Q.
My baby is 3 months old ,she is passing motion once in 4 or 5 days and she was struggling while passing it . Someone suggested me to feed few drops of castor oil to baby.need a solution

ExpertDr.Deepinder Kaur DhawanObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. please give only breastmilk till completion of six months. mother should eat healthy diet prefer fibre rich diet as khichdi dalia oats etc. have fresh fruit and salad. drink lots of water

No Don’t feed any oil or anything just because somebody else is saying because that’s not the right thing to go struggling then you consult your doctor and give a laxative if needed but as of now would like to tell you certain times it is completely common for kids not to pass motion but if your child is troubled and you should consult your doctor
