My baby is 3 months old she has loose motion from one week, and potty is some what green colour, please suggest

A. Hello parents,good evening if baby is active and playful,no fever ,passing adequate urine i.e minimum 6-8 times per day then no need to worry for motion.if blood in motion ,foul smelling motion or less urine output then visit your pediatrician .he will guide you in a better way
