Q.

My baby is 3 months old. She has gained only 200g weight in one month. she was on breast feed alone in this period. could that be a reason? should I give formula milk? or what could be the reason and how to resolve it?

A. Its Actually less a child should get a minimum of 400 g every month if not more so you can definitely start giving formula feeding to the child because it seems like what ever Milk you are giving to the child as a breast milk it is not sufficient which is why this is happening
