you can give bonnisan drops and some enzyme preparations in proper ftydose suggested by doctor and cow's milk should be avoided before 1 year of age

It’s Completely normal at this age with kids so don’t worry about it you just should focus completely on giving proper feeding to the child and count the number of urine that your child is passing if it is less than 10 then it is a question of concern otherwise it seems that everything is well within the place
