my baby is 3 months old last month she was 5.5 kg but today I have checked her weight has decreased to 5.18kg why so plss tell me doctor

your baby weighs enough weight so as such no need to worry.
but the loss of weight might happen because of stomach problem like colic indigestion or constipation, infection etc.
also check that your child get enough milk or not.
