Q.

My baby is 3 months old how can we check whether baby getting enough milk supply?

A. first of all meet your doctor and get the weight of the child assessment done. if the weight gain of the child is within normal limits as well as thhe urine output is normal then do not worry about the feeding pattern, the sleeping pattern and the crying pattern of the child. your doctor is the best person to tell you whether any outside milk is required or not until that time kindly continue only breastfeeding. continue exclusive breastfeeding till 6 months of age of the child

A. if the child is gaining a minimum of 400 gm every month then you can think that your child is getting sufficient feeding from you also I would like to tell you that it's very important that your child should be taking proper feelings time
